1. How to order?
Just place your order by filling up the order form from our "How to Order" page, then select the product you are ordering and the quantity.
2. After I selected the product and quantity, does the total field reflect the total amount to pay?
The amount that will be appearing on the total field at the bottom of the order page is the product price total only, shipping fee is not yet included. Once you placed your order we will send you an email immediately as confirmation to your order. We will also indicate in the email your total amount to pay which already includes the shipping fee. But if you wish to collect the product in person, shipping is not applicable.
For independent distributors, price indicated are all at a list price. Just indicate your ID number on the ID field of the order form and we will send you an email confirmation of your order with the corresponding shipping fee and your net amount to pay after applying distributor's discount.
Note: For orders from outside the Philippines, you may be subject to taxation and customs rules and regulations in your country of location. If this is applicable, taxes and duties settlement is to be shouldered by the customer upon receipt of the products.
3. Do you cater orders from outside the Philippines?
Yes, we do. Just indicate the country of which you want the items to be shipped and your email address in the order form at How to Order page so we can send you an email regarding the shipping company available, shipping charges and the mode of payment.
4. How do you process my order?
After receiving your order, we will confirm through email if the products you ordered are available and how much you need to pay. If everything is ok you may settle your payment through G-cash, Cebuana Luillier, Western Union, LBC pera padala, bank transfer/deposit via BPI and Metrobank only. Once the payment has been made, email or sms us with the tracking number for payments made through remittance. For bank deposits, just inform us if you already have made the deposit and we will check it online. If it does not appear online, kindly scan a copy of the deposit slip and email it to us.
Payment details will be provided in our confirmation email. Once we received your payment, we will ship your order immediately and will inform you through email with the shipping tracking code.
5. Is there any discount if I order?
Yes, but to registered Classique Herbs members only. Just indicate your ID number on the member ID field.
6. How to become a member to avail of the discount?
You may approach us either by contacting us through skype: (Skype ID: nathadale) or by filling in the form found at the bottom of "Investment Opportunity" page. If you are willing to become our member or partner it would be better to contact us via skype so that we can explain to you the real benefits of being a member and partner. 7. Do you have a physical product center in the Philippines?
Yes, a lot of product centers are located all over Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. For our product center it will be launched on June 2012, and the location is at Indang, Cavite. (Details of the exact address is to be announced later.)
